When a customer places an order, you simply place the order with the supplier and they will ship the product directly to the customer. You typically only make a small profit on each sale, but you can sell a high volume of products without having to invest in inventory.
  • Info products: This model involves selling digital products, such as ebooks, courses, or software. The profit margin on info products is typically very high, but you may need to invest a significant amount of time and money into creating the product.

Startup capital

  • Affiliate marketing: This model requires very little startup capital. You can get started with a free website and promote products through social media or email marketing.
  • Amazon FBA: This model requires a larger startup capital. You will need to invest in inventory, shipping, and marketing.
  • Dropshipping: This model requires the least amount of startup capital. You can get started with a free website and promote products through social media or email marketing.
  • Info products: This model requires a moderate amount of startup capital. You will need to invest in creating the product, marketing, and sales.

Margin

  • Affiliate marketing: The margin on affiliate marketing is typically very low. You will only earn a commission on each sale, which is typically 5-20%.
  • Amazon FBA: The margin on Amazon FBA is typically higher than affiliate marketing, but it is still relatively low. Amazon takes a 15% commission on each sale, so you will only keep 85% of the sale price.
  • Dropshipping: The margin on dropshipping can be very high, but it will depend on the product you are selling and the supplier you use. You will typically only make a small profit on each sale, but you can sell a high volume of products without having to invest in inventory.
  • Info products: The margin on info products can be very high. You can sell info products for hundreds or even thousands of dollars, and you will keep 100% of the sale price.

Fulfillment

  • Affiliate marketing: You do not have to worry about fulfillment with affiliate marketing. The merchant you are promoting the product for will handle all aspects of fulfillment.
  • Amazon FBA: Amazon handles all aspects of fulfillment for you. This includes shipping, customer service, and returns.
  • Dropshipping: You do not have to worry about fulfillment with dropshipping. The supplier you use will handle all aspects of fulfillment.
  • Info products: You will need to handle fulfillment for info products. This includes delivering the product to the customer after they purchase it.

Demand

  • Affiliate marketing: The demand for affiliate marketing is high. There are many merchants who are looking for affiliates to promote their products.
